Marion “Woody” Woods has been entertaining and informing the residents of Johnson County, Missouri since 1966.  Each morning Woody will keep you informed with local News, Sports, Weather and a mix of your favorite oldies.  Woody has been entrenched in the Warrensburg Community since day one, serving on civic boards and selflessly volunteering his time.   Tune in to 1450 KOKO Monday-Friday from 8:30 to 9:30 for Johnson County Today.  This is a daily program where Woody visits with community leaders and local politicians to discuss current events of the day.  When Woody is not in the studio he can found doing one of the things he loves most, hitting the links.  Woody is a single digit handicap and plays just about every day.  Woody’s other passion is dirt track racing.  There are just a few dirt tracks left and we are fortunate to have one close to Warrensburg.   Marion “Woody” Woods is a University of Central Missouri Athletic Hall of Fame Member and was awarded the 1974 Billboard Small Market Air Personality of the Year.
